Who we are

What we collect and why

• Group pre-orders. When you send a group pre-order we receive your name, email address, phone number, reservation date, time and number of guests, any booking reference, the dishes chosen and anything you tell us in the special requests box, which may include allergy or dietary information. We use this only to prepare for your visit, to cook safely for your group and to contact you about the pre-order. Pre-orders are deleted 12 months after the reservation date.
• Table bookings are handled by ResDiary on our behalf. ResDiary’s own privacy notice applies to the information you give in the booking form.
• Gift vouchers are sold through Gift Up!, with payment processed by their payment partner. We receive the purchaser and recipient details needed to issue and redeem vouchers.
• Maps. Our contact page shows an embedded Google map, which Google provides under its own privacy policy.

Sharing

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the service providers above, who act on our instructions, or where the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
